At HUCK, sustainability is not an add-on – it is part of our everyday business. To further develop our climate strategy in a structured way, we have created a Climate Transformation Plan through 2035.

The plan is based on a comprehensive analysis of our direct and energy-related greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 and Scope 2) in the base year 2025. Using this data, we evaluated different future scenarios and defined a clear target:

By 2035, we aim to reduce our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 40% compared to 2025.

To achieve this goal, we are implementing a range of concrete measures. These include further optimizing our energy supply, increasing the use of lower-emission energy sources and gradually electrifying selected vehicles and operational equipment.

For us, it is essential not only to define actions, but also to make progress measurable. That is why regular monitoring is an integral part of the transformation plan. This enables us to transparently track implemented measures and monitor the development of our emissions over time.

The Climate Transformation Plan provides a clear framework for the years ahead and makes our path toward a more sustainable future transparent and understandable – step by step, with clear targets and concrete actions.
