Consumer information for customers of Manfred Huck GmbH for orders from the online shop at www.huck.net

The following is for customers who are consumers within the meaning of Article 13 of the German Civil Code (i.e. who are not traders) and covers points about which we are legally obliged to provide information:

1. Contractual partner and contact
Sales contracts for orders placed through the online shop at www.huck.net are concluded with

Manfred Huck GmbH
represented by Managing Director Stefan Huck
Asslarer Weg 13-15
35614 Asslar-Berghausen
Germany.

If you telephone us for the purposes of resolving questions related to the contract or contractual services, we do not charge a fee over and beyond that for simply using the telecommunications service.

2. Ordering procedure
When you have chosen a product in our online shop, you can place it in your basket without obligation by clicking on the “Add to basket” button. You can view the contents of your basket by clicking on the “My basket” button. It has information about the article or articles you have selected, along with the quantity, unit price, total price of the order, delivery charge and statutory value-added tax.
From the basket display you can click on the “Proceed to checkout” button to register and input your contact data.
It is indicated if there is any compulsory information you have forgotten to provide. As soon as your contact data is complete, clicking on the “Next” button takes you to a new page where you can select your payment method. You can choose to pay by credit card, bank debit, prepayment (transfer on account before delivery) or cash on delivery. With nets where you choose the dimensions (no standard sizes), you can only pay by prepayment or by credit card.
When you click on the “Next” button a new page appears showing the contents of the order: your contact data, delivery address and different billing address if applicable, description of the goods, quantities ordered, unit prices, delivery charges, value-added tax and the total price.
Before sending the order you can check the information you have input and change it if necessary.
If you agree with the information, you can order your goods by clicking on the “Confirm order” button. In doing so you are making an offer to conclude a sales contract, which is a binding commitment to Huck.
When you click on the “Next” button you come to a page where you give the information required for the payment method you chose at the start of the ordering process.
After entering the required payment data, you make your payment by clicking on the “Pay now” button.
An overview then opens to confirm your order, once again showing you all the contents of the sales contract you are concluding. These contents are emailed to you simultaneously at the email address you supplied. The sales contract is concluded when you receive this email.

3. Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without having to give a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not a carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must send a clear declaration to the address given in sub paragraph 1 (e.g. a letter sent in the post, by fax or by email) informing Huck of your decision to cancel your contract. The enclosed sample cancellation form may be used for this, but you do not have to use it.
For the withdrawal period to be granted, it suffices to say that you are exercising your right to cancel before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we have to repay all the payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising if you select another type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Huck), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received your message about cancelling this contract. For this refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed, we use the same payment method as in the original transaction; you will not be charged for this refund. We can refuse to make the refund until we receive the goods again or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent, whichever is earlier.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
You must pay for any diminished value of the goods only if this diminished value can be attributed to handling other than that necessary to ascertain the appearance, features and functionality of the goods.

Sample of a declaration of cancellation for use by customers:
If you wish to cancel the contract, then you (hereinafter the Consumer) should complete this form and return it to Huck by post, fax or email.
